The site was officially rolled-out to the shareholders tonight at the annual meeting and the response was enthusiastic.  About a dozen people said they would like a residents only section, so we added one.  If you would like to gain access to the residents only section, please see the Management Page.

Annual Meeting Coming Up

The Annual Meeting will be held in the communal room downstairs on April 8th at 7:30 PM.  We have lots to discuss, I hope you can make it.

The Allendale Website, Welcome

Welcome everyone, there is not a lot here yet but there will be more in the coming weeks.  I took a few photos of the newly re-pointed facade on the way to work, I’m so glad the restoration worked out so well.  We replaced a lot of the brick at the cornice, but you can’t even tell.  I’d love to get some more photos of the facade from the 3rd floor of The Colonials down the block, or from the school across the street.  Anyone have a contact over there?  Some foliage on the trees would be nice as well, but we’re just going to have to wait for spring on that!  Here is one of the photos:
